EXCHANGE ONLY, WE DO NOT OFFER MONEY BACK

If you find that you do not like the scent or product you ordered, we will exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. All items must be in original condition, unused & unaltered to receive an exchange. We do not offer money back.  You must contact us (by email) within 10 days of placing your order to be eligible for an exchange. Customers are required to cover the shipping cost to return your order to us. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and, upon our approval, your exchange will be processed.  Any additional services added at checkout as well as the cost of shipping is not refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges on  personalized or customized items.  If an item is damaged, we will gladly replace with the same item.
